Fill 'Er Up

Thaaat's right, more matryoshka dolls. My weekend was full of more sweet stitching. Made from japanese fabric, these dollies stand about 5 inches in height.
The backs are made with coordinating fabrics that I found in my stash.
So far, I'm on track for keeping the month of August productive. My plans for the dolls may include that possible new etsy store... or my trusty fall/winter craft shows. Either way, they're sure to find happy new homes very soon.

Diane, they are ADORABLE! You really are very talented.

Thanks for the tea info; I will look into that. Sometimes I put things like that off because it's new and I have to go out of my way to try it and find it, but since Ivy is 20 months younger and now outweighs Gage by 5 pounds, I am getting desperate enough to try ANYTHING!

So adorable! I love how they work together as a whole (great photo of them inside the glass chalice). I recognize some of the fabric from other projects ... they really go well together! Where did you find the Japanese fabric?
